We love the challenge of creative cuisine to inspire our guests with new creations and delights. We are particularly proud of the Via Culinaria award and 1 fork in the Falstaff restaurant guide.

Another highlight in autumn are our game weeks, where we are supplied with local meat. We offer our guests creative dishes prepared with love, expertise and seasonal products from our region, such as fresh fish from the mountain trout farm in Leogang.
